You'll find a
very warm welcome at
the Lowestoft Photographic & Digital Imaging Club, which meets at the
Trinity Church Hall, in Lowestoft,
Suffolk, each Wednesday from September to
May. Meetings start promptly at 19:15 hrs and generally finish at 22:00 hrs.
Our
programme is a mix of
competitions, practical activities and talks by members and visiting
lecturers. Our aims are to assist in developing
photographic skills through the regular and friendly exchange of ideas.
Membership is open to anyone interested in or practising photography, either
conventional or digital.
The Lowestoft Photographic & Digital Imaging Club is affiliated to
the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain,
through the
East
Anglian Federation.
This means that members can gain recognised photographic
qualifications for their work. For more details, click the links

Visitors to The Lowestoft Photographic & Digital Imaging Club are always very welcome and are admitted
free of charge for the first two meetings. Thereafter, a charge of £1 per
visit will be levied unless membership is taken up. For further details

During the 2004/2005 season, a
series of extra meetings were held, to introduce members to the new
digital equipment which had been purchased through the government's Awards
For All Lottery Grant. Digital evenings have continued ever since, alongside
conventional programmes and provide an extensive series of events. In addition, the club offers a variety of outdoor and
social meetings during the summer months.
